Delivery

How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, often on the same day.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and usually arrive within 1–2 working days.

Personalised orders are sent via FedEx and will require a signature on delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Once your parcel leaves the UK, it is handled by your local postal service.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are outside of our control.

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £5.95 via Royal Mail First Class.
Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge.

International delivery rates vary depending on destination.

Packaging

How are your products packaged?
All books are delivered in reusable drawstring cotton bags and shipped in recycled, recyclable cardboard packaging.

Gift wrapping includes a box (Made in England), tied with a ribbon and accompanied by a handwritten card with your message.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We offer refunds or exchanges within 28 days of purchase.

Returns beyond 28 days will be refunded at the current or last selling price of the item.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes, of course. Let us know what you would like instead and we’ll arrange the exchange.

We will cover the cost of sending your new item, but ask that you return the original following our returns process.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as responsibility for the parcel remains with you until it reaches us.

Are postage costs refunded?
Postage costs are only refunded if the item is faulty.

What if my item is faulty?
We’re very sorry if something isn’t right. Please contact us and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Product Information

What is Pellaq?
Pellaq is a lacquered paper-based material used for book covering. It is durable, lightweight and visually refined.

To provide structure, a stiffener is added during binding, meaning Pellaq-bound books are less flexible than leather-bound ones.

Are your leather-bound books soft?
Yes. All leather-bound books are flexible, though softness varies by material.

Lambskin and goatskin are generally softer, while calfskin and embossed leathers (such as croc or lizard grain) offer a firmer feel.

Diaries

Which diary format is right for me?
We offer two formats:

  • The Organiseher → best for structured days with multiple appointments
  • The Belgravia → ideal if you prefer space for notes alongside your week

Do you offer The Organiseher in a small size?
No. The format requires space to remain clear and usable, so it is not available in smaller sizes.

How do I know which size I have?
You can find the size and format printed on the flyleaf inside your diary.

What are the date ranges?

  • Belgravia Diaries → January to January (12 months)
  • Organiseher Diaries → September start, covering 16 months

The Organiseher can be used flexibly, either as a long-term planner or starting later in the year.
