Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly as expected, or may have been purchased as a gift.

We therefore offer refunds on all items within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued at the price at which the item is currently sold, or was last sold on our website.

Postage & Refunds

Please note that original postage charges are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

How to Return an Item

You are free to choose how you return your parcel to us. However, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of posting, as we cannot be responsible for items until they have been received by us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, we are happy to assist.

Please contact us with details of the item you would prefer instead. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the balance or contact you to arrange payment.

We will cover the cost of sending your replacement item. We kindly ask that you follow the standard returns process for the original item.

Faulty Items

We are committed to the quality of our products, and we are always disappointed if something is not right.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
